24th International Long-Term Care Conference

Over the past few years we were focused on the needs of the moment, challenges that long-term care was facing during the covid-19 pandemic and taking care of the needs of the patients and staff in those unprecedented times. Enrichened by that experience we want to look towards the future. On the upcoming, 24th edition of International Long-Term Care Conference in Toruń we want to discuss how holistic approach to the needs of persons in long-term care can shape the culture change and help to cope with the challenges that it is facing.
